1. Data controller

2. What is collected, and why
Booking request
The request form collects your name, your email address, the chosen option and duration, the days and times you are available, and the language of the website you used. This information is used only to answer your request and offer you a time slot. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Online booking
Direct booking goes through the Calendly scheduling tool. Calendly collects your name, your email address, the chosen time slot and any answers you add, in order to create the appointment and send you the confirmation and reminders. This processing is based on the performance of the contract.
Student records
For students, Alexis Weizman keeps the information needed to follow lessons and programs, namely identity, contact details, booked services, payments and, for a minor, the contact details of their legal guardian. This processing is based on the performance of the contract and, for accounting records, on a legal obligation.
Swing videos
Videos recorded during sessions are used only for teaching and are shared only with the student concerned, as set out in the terms and conditions of sale. Any publication requires a separate written consent, which the student can withdraw at any time.
Published reviews
Testimonials shown on the website are published under their author's first name only, either with their consent or because the author made them public on Google. An author can ask at any time for their review to be removed from the website.
No data is used for marketing, sold or transferred to third parties.
3. Who receives your data
Your data is intended for Alexis Weizman alone. To work, the website relies on a few technical providers, who access it only to deliver their service.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) forwards form requests to the coach's mailbox.
- Calendly LLC, in the United States, runs the online booking calendar.
- Apple hosts the coach's iCloud mailbox, which receives requests and email exchanges.
- Cloudflare, Inc., in the United States, hosts the website and, like any host, processes technical connection data such as the IP address.
- Supabase, in the European Union, hosts the administration area the coach uses to update the website. No visitor data is stored there.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or otherwise on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
4. Retention periods
- A request that does not lead to a booking is kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted.
- A student's information is kept for the whole duration of the relationship, then for three years after the last lesson or program.
- Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by the French Commercial Code.
- Session videos are deleted no later than one year after the session, unless the student asks otherwise.
- Technical connection data is kept by the host for a limited period, for security purposes.
5. Cookies
This website sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies and uses no tracking tool. It therefore shows no consent banner.
The browser remembers a single display setting, the website's colours, to avoid a change of shade while loading. This setting contains no personal data.
When you open the booking calendar, you land on Calendly's website, which applies its own cookie policy. The same goes for Instagram, Facebook, Google and PGA France when you follow a link to those websites.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You can also set instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
These rights can be exercised by simply writing to alexisweizman82@icloud.com. You will receive an answer within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at www.cnil.fr.
7. Minors
Lessons for a minor are booked by one of their legal guardians, who provides the necessary information and exercises the minor's rights on their behalf.
8. Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The administration area is password protected and only the coach has access to it. The selected providers apply their own security measures.
9. Updates
This policy may change, for example if a new tool is added to the website. The online version is the only one that applies.
